I've been using StartLogic for years for web hosting. They are as complete a service provider as I have ever found. Complete set of web tools, search engine submissions, templated sites, full scripting support, stats reporting, and on and on and on. If you're into heavy outbound email, you will need a service like Constant Contact or MailChimp. StartLogic has a daily and monthly limit on outgoing emails (200/1000). Not for the 'spam' guys.
