I completed my BA, and most of my first Masters Degree on discharge from the Army in 1981. (Public Administration) I finally obtained my second as an MBA in Management in 1995. I've been involved in building or managing business operations all my life. I managed my first kitchen at the age of 15.
I write business plans. I train sales people. I provide remote training/management by webinar and VoIP conferencing. I have a number of areas I consider myself expert in, including Event Marketing and Promotions, Telemarketing Operations, and Start-up operations.

I worked Law Enforcement in the military, primarily in Europe. Specialised in Customs Investigations, Narcotics, and related fields. I've worked jointly with the Germans (ZfA, BKA, Bgs), US Agencies (Secret Service, DEA, Customs,FBI) and NATO Forces (SHAPE, British MP Investigations)
