I help you build and refine your plans, register and license your business, design partner agreements, research and plan marketing efforts, locate suppliers, locate customers, manage your internal operations. I help you avoid WASTING time and money in your initial and operational investments. I help you choose the proper kind and formats for your business plans, whether for formal presentations or simple internal uses. I assist in locating the proper funding resources you will need. I help you get it going, quickly and cost effectively!

Unlike a lot of 'Mentoring' people and services, I am not a 'cheerleader'. I take a no-nonsense, common sense approach to planning and building a business. I provide good advice, effective guidance and I help you to analyse information. I have many resources that are available, from informational databases to my personal research and contacts lists. I use them to assist my clients. I have many years of experience and I've even read a book, once. This is what I bring to the table. What I cannot do, is make your decisions for you.
Starting and building a profitable business involves commitment, the ability to make objective decisions and the ability to take responsibility.
